Cardinal at BirdFeeder

Panasonic GH1 with lpowell peak performance patch. Shot with Full HD (1080p/24 fps in the 60i wrapper). Average VBR was 51 MB/S for raw MTS file (as read from Win7 Explorer information bar). Pulldown removed and converted to 4/2/2 using Cineform NeoScene 5.
Manual Focus, Lumix 100-300 mm telephoto lens at 300 mm, Creative Movie Mode, Aperture priority with Aperture f=5.6, Auto Exposure.
Cloudy morning sky.
The motion is from strong breezes. The feeder is mounted on a Shepherd's Hook, and the hook itself flexes in the wind (which is an aid in making it tough for squirrels to climb, and hang on. Birds don't seem to mind the motion).
Last few frames slowed to 10%.
