Every year the kids of the Xin-Yi orphanage in the Yun-Lin County of Taiwan embarks on a cycling trip rounding the coast of Taiwan. Amongst the group are kids as young as 6 years old. Riding an average of 85km a day and mountaineering heights of 2800 meters above sea level over 14 days, the event was an inspiration to many.

But as the documentary looks to pass beyond the outstanding athletic abilities that this journey has brought out in these amazing kids, we begin to see the true importance of this annual trip in rehabilitating them from the reasons that have brought them to the orphanage; as we realize that each one of them, whether they are old enough to realize it or not, are trying to ride out of their dark past
