Billy and Robert, two cute dogs, went on a walk in their neighborhood following Hurricane Nicole's passage through Florida to observe the storm's aftermath. Billy snatched his leash from his owner's hands to go ahead while playing in a puddle. But as soon as the leash started to circle him, he got really scared.
