Amaretto Butter Cookies

Would you like a dessert, but you are undecided because you would love both some sweet and something sour? You could try out some delicious amaretto butter cookies that could please all tastes! Start by mixing butter with sugar, then add some eggs, amaretto liqueur and almonds. In another bowl mix flour with baking soda and salt and blend the two mixtures together. Put your cookie dough in the freezer for a while, and then spread some flour on a tough surface and use a rolling pin to get a thin foil of dough. Use a star shaped cookie cutter to get that perfect cookies. Put them in a tray, decorate them with some more almonds and then bake them in the oven until they are hot and delicious.
